Langland Manor is a Grade II listed building. Situated in secure landscaped grounds with stunning views over Langland Bay. A truly exclusive development in a beautiful location.

The building was fully renovated in 2007 to the very highest of standards. It now arguably represents the most exclusive development anywhere along the Welsh coast.

Langland bay is located at the entrance to the world famous Gower Peninsula. The bay is a surfer’s mecca. Its beach is clean and award winning. Langland Manor provides breath-taking views of one of Wales’s most cherished bays.

There are also a whole host of other attractions hemmed within the rugged coastline of the Gower Peninsula to discover and enjoy. For the adventurous, try pony trekking, rock climbing and abseiling, surfing, water wildlife tours and much much more! (see our links below)

Medieval castles and churches, mysterious megalithic burial tombs and standing stones, sea-facing bone caves of international significance, as well as the magnificent environments of woodland, moor land, farmland and marsh that play host to these fascinating antiquities, all provide the visitor with as much excitement and wonder as Gower's celebrated beaches.

Apartment 26 Sleeps 4. It is located on the third floor of the Manor capturing sea views from the living room and first bedroom. There are lifts to all floors however the gothic grand staircase with illuminated canopy makes the few flights of effort well worth while!

The apartment has designated parking as well as 18 visitor spaces. The Manor is superbly protected using video entry phone with CCTV at the main doors and gates. Smoke and heat detectors are fitted throughout the whole development.            

The apartment is finished to the most exacting standards:  

Kitchen – Hand finished bespoke design with granite worktops and full range of Miele Appliances (inc Washer dryer and  dishwasher).  

Bedrooms (built in storage)  – Sea view from first double bedroom. Second bedroom with cliff aspect, adjoining en suite shower room and toilet.

Living area – Sea views. Furnished to complement the luxurious surroundings.

Langland Bay Manor is easy accessible via the M4. London is just 3 hours away and the Midlands, North and SouthWest are all easily accessible via the motorway network.

Exit the M4 junction 42 for Swansea. Follow the A8118 along the scenic coastline into Mumbles. Take a right turn at the White Rose pub roundabout in the village of Mumbles then follow signposts to Langland. The Manor is situated directly opposite the bay off Langland Bay Road
