FREE DELIVERY

Easter Weekend: Delivery services do not operate over the long Easter weekend. Items ordered from 12 midday Thursday 28th March 2013 onwards will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd April.

>Standard Delivery to UK - FREE
Orders over £19 are sent FREE by standard parcel/2nd class post, below £19 athe charge is 99p. Most items arrive within 3-4 days but please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. As we are based in the UK we are only able to offer this to delivery addresses with a UK postcode.

> Express Delivery to UK - £1.49
Express Delivery service normally takes 1 to 3 working days using express parcel /1st class post. As we are based in the UK we are only able to offer this to delivery addresses with a UK postcode.

Where possible orders are despatched on the next working day. Sometimes items from the same order are sent seperately, please let us know if this would cause a problem.

>Bank Holidays and Weekends
Bank Holiday and Weekends: Please note that it is not possible to despatch items via the Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. All items due for dispatch on a Bank Holiday will be sent the next working day.

Even though you get the best prices online, being unable to pop into a fitting room is a big drawback. And we know that when it comes to maternity wear and lingerie, a loose hem or badly fitting cup, can break the deal!

As soon as your order arrives, try everything on - and if you need to return anything we’ll process it as fast as we can. If you have even the slightest concern just put it back in the post to us – our returns policy really is ‘no quibble’.

*Please note for hygiene we are unable to apply this to articles of intimate apparel such as breast pads, knickers (shorts and briefs) and tights.

> How to return an item
A returns form will be included with your order. Use it to return any items, within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. It’s a good idea to obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your Post Office.

It's sometimes difficult to choose the right size - especially over the internet. We know this and if you do need another size or prefer a different colour, please indicate this on your returns form (or e-mail us). We'll send out your replacement as soon as possible with free delivery. Our fee delivery on replacements service is equivalent to 2nd class postage. Unfortunately due to high delivery costs we are unable to offer a free replacements service outside the UK, please contact us for more details
